Nurse's Corner
As we begin cold and flu season there are some very important things to remember.† Hand washing is the best way to stop the spread of germs.† Get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, and eat your veggies!† These are all great ways to keep the immune system healthy.† Also, there is still time to get the flu shot.† If your child becomes ill with fever, chills, cough, headache or vomiting, please keep them home.† Our goal is to try to keep illness out of our school.† Itís best to stay home for twenty four hours after being fever free without medication.† Stay healthy this season!
